Aroma: Combination of Vanilla, Apple and Cream with a healthy drizzle of Toffee and Honey, topped off with some sliced banana. Dessert in a glass.
Taste: Smooth and creamy on the taste buds. More vanilla and fruits similar to the nose, before building to a surprising (but pleasant) light spice and oak. The finish has a Citrus zest combined with the fruity sweetness.
Overall: Another great dram from Claxtons. This would go perfect as an after dinner digestif or with only 270 bottles produced something to crack open on special occasions.
