Having been (marginally) involved in organising and promoting Whisky Bristol, I have to admit that I was nervous about the day. The team of The Dram Team and The Birmingham Whisky Club had put such a lot of work into choosing a great venue, filling it with fantastic whisky producers and adding the finesse of local food vendors, all we needed was for people to turn up and to have fun!
Fortunately, come 11am, the lovely punters began to turn up in force and set about enjoying the fantastic liquids that were on show for them to try. There were too many highlights to name them all, but I will let my amateurish photos speak for the quality of the day.
Safe to say that after a fantastic day I have heard rumours that Whisky Bristol will be back in 2018, so keep your eyes peeled. I would be really interested to hear people’s feedback on the day, so feel free to leave a comment below.
